Sassy Water to flatten your belly

A few years ago, I purchased  book called " Flat Belly Diet" by Cynthia Sass. The recipe in this book that caught my eye was the Sassy Water drink. I tried this drink for a while and I did receive great results. I decided to try this drink once again. I drink sassy water almost every single day. So far so good!  Check out  Sassy Water recipe below.


The Sassy Water Recipe
2 liter water
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 med cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 med lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: Overnight for 8 hours
